What is calisthenics?

Calisthenics, also known as street workout, is a form of strength training that utilizes bodyweight exercises to develop overall fitness, strength, and coordination. This versatile discipline encompasses various movements and routines, ranging from basic exercises like push-ups and squats to advanced skills such as muscle-ups and human flags.
Calisthenics includes various styles, such as static holds, dynamic movements, and weighted calisthenics, catering to individuals of all fitness levels and interests.

Most of the year we practice in Game Streetmekka, our main base.
